The crop room will open at 1pm on Friday and finish at 3pm on Sunday for those who choose to arrive in the afternoon giving you more time to enjoy yourselves. Please note that dinner on Friday night is not included but there will be a healthy evening snack along with munchies! Hotel rooms will be pre-assigned to cause less confusion at hotel check in at 3pm. Also, there will be more mini classes and tip and technique demos for you to partake in if you wish to.
To secure your spot please contact us to register. A deposit of $150.00 is due to secure your spot by cash, cheque, debit, Mastercard or Visa. A registration form will then be sent to you at that time. Hotel room choices will be given as registration and payment in full is received. We will do our very best to accomodate all our guests needs and preferences.
Cost: $345 (double occupancy, two queen beds in room)
$430 (single occupancy, one queen bed in room)
$200 (no hotel rooms)
